At the Ocean...Day 4 - Part 1

Got Milk? Got Cheese? Well if you don't, head to Tillamook!!! That is what we did today. What a great time!

Caleb and Emma had so much fun with the cow and farmer cut out!

Then we went of to watch the cheese being made and look at all the factory information. Caleb and Emma really enjoyed watching the factory workers packaging the cheese.

Upstairs where you can look inside the factory they have lots of hands on things for kids. One of Caleb and Emma's favorites was the mommy cow and the calf statue.

After exploring upstairs we headed down stairs to sample cheese! YUMMY! Caleb and Emma thought that it was so much fun to eat cheese off of little tooth picks. Ha Ha! I think that is cute. Then of course it was time to pick out some "squeaky cheese" aka - cheese curds...on of our favorites! And Caleb and Emma each picked out a little stuffed cow to take home with us.

After that...ICE CREAM TIME!!! Tillamook Ice Cream is my favorite!!! Utterly Chocolate is my most most favorite!!! So we got 2 big cones to share among the four of us. We enjoyed our yummy treat then headed back to the truck to have our picnic that we packed! It was a little windy, but we had a nice time!
