Last night, Caleb and Emma set out a plate of cookies and a little Egg Nog for Santa. They hurried to bed so Santa could come! Emma feel asleep pretty quickly, but Caleb tossed and turned. I had to smile remembering when I was a kid doing the same thing. I can remember laying in bed listening for sounds of Santa and his sleigh, not being able to sleep and being so excited to see what Santa would leave me!
This morning Caleb was up first. He came down stairs and was in shock when he saw the cookies were gone and the glass was empty. He ran back upstairs to get Emma. Both came down stairs and were ready to see what Santa had left them. Caleb and Emma both received what they had asked for!
