Nothing better than homemade chocolate chips cookies! But I found this recipe and thought I would give it a try. The kids gave it four thumbs up!! So I had to try one too...OH.MY.HECK!!! SO GOOD!
The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt...set aside. In large bowl, beat together butter, sugars vanilla pudding mix and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Add to flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Roll a tablespoon worth of cookie dough into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake until golden brown, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
Amazingly soft and fluffy!!!
